Registration

Registration is open on Friday so arrive with plenty of time to complete your check in to both TJ’s for your camping and then come see the organizers in the Marquee to check in and lodge preference for the activities and drives planned for Saturday – you’ll still need to set up camp after all that is done!. Raffles

Saturday afternoon the ticket sales for Raffle tickets will close at 5PM (for onsite purchases). Raffle will commence at 5:30PM. Raffle tickets are $10ea or 6 for $50. They are available in advance at the bottom of this page or during the event.

Again this year, we are leaving the decision of which charity will be the recipient of the event’s profits to the attendees. 3 charities which are important to the members of our club will be chosen and each participant will receive a unique voting token upon arrival on Friday. There will be three buckets with slotted lids which participants can deposit their token into to indicate their preference. The tokens will be counted on Friday evening and the charity will be announced at the Saturday morning muster meeting. Check back for this years chosen charities soon;

You must be at the event and present to claim any prizes in the raffle. Unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn.

Just a reminder that all profits are donated to the charity chosen by your votes. Dig deep!

Thanks to our awesome sponsors, we have stacks of fantastic prizes!

More to come!

Schedule

Saturday will kick off with a 9AM meeting of all participants for some housekeeping, the announcement of which charity was chosen to benefit from the profits from the event and to meet the leaders of each trip for the day. There will be tracks rated from easy to extreme – tackle whatever you feel comfortable with. Plenty of experienced drivers will be around to offer advice and assistance if required on the easier routes. There will also be some fun play time in Gods land where you can put your flex to the test, drag race in the mud or impress with your circle work on the donut pad.

After the raffles are done there will be a campfire to settle down around, have a drink or two and share the tall stories of the day. If you still haven’t had your fill of 4wd for the day there are usually a few keen drivers who head out for a night run – tag along if you dare but from past events, its usually not for the faint of heart!

Sunday is a day free for you to explore on your own or with friends. There are no planned events on Sunday.

All participants must vacate the facility by 3PM
