2021 Club Xmas Party – Stewarts Crossing Camping Grounds
Stewarts crossing campground is set on the Shoalhaven river, about an hour from Goulburn – about 2-2.5 hrs from the Illawarra, depending on route.
There are wide sandy beaches so swimming, fishing and kayaking are on the cards.
There is no power or drinking water available so attendees will need to bring their own water – There are port-a-loos.
Food will be supplied for the Saturday evening – Cheese and bikkies followed by Spit roast Pork and Chicken, Salads and Potatoes. Please bring your own plates and utensils!
Members attending XMAS party needs to adhere to NSW Government rules and regulations. This isn’t the executive decision this is a NSW health decision with the evolving rules and restrictions, helping to stop the spread of COVID-19 as NSW opens up again.
Local government election is on the same weekend as our Xmas party if you coming to the party you will have to register for a postal vote or you can go and vote early – This year due to Covid early voting is encouraged and booths should be open soon.
At this years Xmas camp trip we will be playing a gift giving game. It would be great if everyone could participate!
Each participant needs to bring a wrapped gift up to a maximum value of $15. Keep it a secret! All the gifts will go into a box and each person will draw one out to start the game. Which will you end up with? Who knows!
There are no rules on what your gift can be – it can be thoughtful, practical or humorous. There is usually a pretty vigorous gift trading session directly after the game and it is a lot of fun!
To wrap up, you need one wrapped gift for each member of your party – you will end up with one gift for each member at the end and it is suitable for all ages.
